You can shop for abrasives as a guest user by providing your email, contact number and GST number (GST number is mandatory as per Govt norms). However it is recommended to create a Sakdirect id to use the complete features SakDirect offer.

Once the product(s) are shipped customer receives an email which contains of waybill/POD number and courier through which customer can track the order. Customer also can click the “track order” option in the websites to track the order(s).

Once the product is shipped it should reach you in 5 – 7 days.

Within 15 days of product delivery, you can request for replacement or return by sending us an email including the image of the damaged product to  sales@sakdirect.com or calling us on 91- 44 – 27923104/5 between 9 AM and 6 PM. Please check our return policy.

A discount/coupon code feature in SakDirect using which you can avail discounts on your purchase of abrasives. Discount code can be applied while processing the payment. Discount codes are generally time bound. Please check the validity of promo codes before applying them.

Once your order for abrasives is confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipment notification via E-mail/SMS informing you on the estimated date of delivery. You can also check the current status of your order by logging into your account on SakDirect and going to my order section.
