RETURN POLICY

For Return of any product purchased through Sakdirect.com, please write to us on the below email id.

Please email us your item invoice details along with the reason for your return. We will replace, refund or issue credit on standard stock merchandise in unused condition. Return is applicable only when the buyer sends a message to the above email id mentioning the reason for return within 15 days on receiving the item. We will call you and initiate the carrier to collect the items when the return is authorized. All the return courier charges are borne by sakdirect.com.

We don’t recommend the purchaser to self-courier the items for return. But in exceptional cases where self-courier is the only possibility, please write to sales@sakdirect.com within 15 days of the receiving the item. Return through self-courier will be applicable only on approval from sakdirect.com. A print out of the approval email should also be sent along with items for return.

All credits and returned products are subject to inspection. Sakdirect reserves the right to decline the return or credit of any product deemed misused or non-saleable.

Damages, Shortages and Claims

Should a shipment arrive visibly damaged, REFUSE THE SHIPMENT & email us at sales@sakdirect.com within 1 day to request a replacement. We will immediately initiate a claim with the carrier and a new order for the damaged merchandise. We advise you to open the shipment in the presence of the transporter and conduct checks to ensure that there are no hidden damages. In spite of this, if you find any hidden damage at a later stage, you should email to sales@sakdirect.com within 15 days of the receipt of the merchandise. We will assist you with your claim and enter a new order for the damaged merchandise if necessary. Keep ALL damaged goods, container and packaging for return. All claims must be reported within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.

Should a truck or motor freight shipment arrive visibly damaged, customer should REFUSE THE SHIPMENT & sign the delivery receipt ‘package received damaged’, asALL VISIBLE DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED AT TIME OF RECEIPT.
